In order to return your products our standard returns policy means you have 7 days from when you receive your hammock. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The hammock must be wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap and taped to avoid damage. A photo of the re packaged item must be emailed before collection is arranged, If damaged on return no refund will be payable.

Should your product be damaged on arrival we need to be notified immediately with photos of the damage. After inspection the item may either be collected, repaired and returned or a new hammock will be sent back to you.

To return your product, we will arrange the courier to collect the item from the original address used to ship the items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that our packages are delivered using the Courier Guy. The rates depend on  your destination, and shipping selections. We are not responsible for any changes that could effect your shipping.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user of any produce purchased from Custom Hammocks, to check for product safety. With respect to hammocks, use caution and follow the safety guidelines listed herein:
• Never hang your hammock more than 18 inches above the ground.
• Be sure to inspect the area underneath and around the hammock for hazardous items. These could include, but may not be limited to, rocks, sharp objects, sticks, and other debris.
• In addition to checking below and around the hammock, be sure to check above the hammock for items that could fall.
• Before each and every use, thoroughly check the hammock, and all connecting hardware, for fraying, snags, wear and tear, or any damage that could cause the hammock to fail. If you see any of these indicators, immediately discontinue using the hammock.
• Always use a suitable structure or tree to hang your hammock from.
• Never let children use the hammock unattended.
• Do not swing, jump or stand in the hammock.
• Before placing the entire weight into the hammock, ensure it is hung correctly and will support the weight.
• Do not place a hammock directly above or under another hammock (hammock stacking).
• Never modify or disassemble the hammock; do not untie hammock knots.
